For example, if I were to replace jew in that verse with "Chines", would you immediately say, "Well technically that could mean anybody because any ethnicity can be a citizen of China." No, you wouldn't. There are terms which simultaneously imply both a nationality and ethnicity, and Chinese heavily implies Han Chinese unless specified otherwise. The same thing applies to biblical verses, but it may be historically inaccurate to suggest it means Ashkenazi jew. Sephardic jew is probably more appropriate. Furthermore, the verse I just quoted clarifies that the people in question are dick mutilating subhumans so you know exactly who it's talking about—some brown desert rats
