Some people have hollow cheeks despite having massive cheekbones because they have adequate ramus/face height which allows for space between the cheekbones and jaw.

looksmax.org to see if anyone knew that causes hollow cheeks but 99% of them don't know shit so I had to skim through everything carefully and analyze the data and come to my own conclusions based off of observations.
Also why does that make me sad? I have acquired esoteric knowledge of facial anatomy and am freely sharing.
