Apollo XII: struck by lighting as it took off from the launchpad, it sent all electronics into havoc just as they were leaving the ground for a good while, until an engineer found a way to reset everything and they continued safely upwards, avoiding last-minute capsule emergency ejection. And do I really need to mention Apollo XIII? I don't think so.
They had a shitload of redundancy in their systems, obviously.
