There's levels of addiction and some are easier to quit than others for sure, but you're motivated to work out because of the high it gives you afterwards. You work out again to get that high. Albeit for other reasons too like getting buff or being healthy etc.
I'm an ex-alcoholic. Drank myself into the hospital over 15 years. Quitting is actually when I developed this view. Nicotine is literally nothing compared to what I was doing to my body before. I could replace Nicotine with another addiction such as working out, but right now I'm good.
