But sadly, it's likely not anything cool like Japs just wanting the sword to be better, chances are it's because they wanted to make the game gentler on Japs.
I say that because they also have a passive 40% damage reduction in this version, so, they were obviously trying to make it easier on them.
Is that justified? Maybe they're underestimating Jap players. They are pretty good at certain games, you know. But it could be true that they don't have the same comfort with FPS, especially one like Deus Ex.
Also, they changed random text colors for no reason in the Jap version. I have no clue why. Maybe to make it look like they've changed a lot of stuff?
Oh, they also completely disabled the note function. For that I have no figure.
