I may be saying bullshit, but while it's mostly not seen in real life, the brazilian internet does have racial hierarchy, including in brazilian chans, where one brazilian calls "macaco" to other brazilian. We even have some kind of hidden movement where it believes Brazil will only stop being a shithole if you separate south from the rest of states, and let south be its own mini-country, even if there's a law that prevents this.
