My base daily vitamin stack is zinc, quercitin, C, D, and low dose aspirin.
I rotate these throughout the week with the base stack: K1, K2, milk thistle, E, B, calcium citrate powder, NAC, fiber.
For magnesium, vitamin A and Omega 3 daily I eat eggs, olives, almonds, pistachios, no salt peanuts.
All cross checked for interaction, and staggered doses so it doesn't give me an upset stomach. This is basically my cold and flu season stack, coworkers on average so far have all gotten really sick three times already, me not once.
