In the 1970s Jesse and Elvis became close and Jesse would even work as a decoy for Elvis at times, helping him get in and out of places.
Elvis died in 1977, but Jesse was still alive, so he was forced into hiding. Many of the more credible Elvis sightings in the United States and in Europe were Jesse, who has lived under a ton of aliases, including Jesse Richards, Jon Burrows, Al Jefferies, John Carpenter, David Hargett, and others.
How do I know this? I've known Jesse for years.
