>>11103651You roast them till a fork slides in easily. Then you slice a little thinner than in that pic along with white or yellow onion and put on some oil and vinegar. You can use balsamic as other Anons have suggested, but white vinegar is fine too if you don't want it too sweet.
Don't try to eat them hot though, they're much better cold.
Best as a salad before a nice juicy burger and corn on the cob on a hot Summer's day.
