Silence, of course, should be respected. You should not always train under the duress of music, and you should sometimes be in silence too, to help know what it is to be under the enemy's boot, to help understand the void of this reality, to know what is means to be and to not be, to become more patient but to willfully and handedly act upon where is needed. Silence, feel what it is like to Struggle, feel yourself in the enemy's grasp, in his midst as he bears down upon you, as dust and a coat of filth shrouds you both while on the grey, cracked earth and the wounds upon both of your bodies wearing you down, the exhaustion in your chests beating you terribly. This is what silence means. In other words, sometimes you should listen to worthy music, but other times, silence is the natural state for a reason.
Of course, training, or more modernly working out, is very much a core aspect of what I am trying to form you into. Bodyweight is preferred, can be done anywhere, machinery like in the gymnasium should be avoided but can be benefical sometimes, natural weights like boulders, splitting logs and general labour is preferred to gymnasium equipment, so you should do a combination of bodyweight to train subtle muscles, balance and a connection to one's own body in general to the extreme while engaging in boulder lifting (or other such objects) and labour to train muscles in general and extreme power. Training should be done to the extreme, never stopping only when the body does stop, never allowing your mind to give in, only the body, never allowing the soul to grow tired, only the body. You should continue to do until you cannot, then stop, then think, then continue doing when you can until you can't, and repeat this. Train in the sun for maximized effect, as Hyperboreans are attuned to the sun and its high VRIL qualities upon the flesh. The nutrition aspect will be covered in the next section, right now.
