If I ever hear anyone say that they're not interested or don't care about something that's been going on, here's the explanation I'm gonna throw at their faces.
- Learn how to actually like it so you can see the fascinating stuff it has to entertain you. Don't just be like, "Oh, if it isn't some series/commercial/advertisement. Not like it bothers me, so I'm gonna move along." or "Well, what do you know? It's some cartoon. Not like I watch cartoons anymore, so time to move along." or "Characters? TV shows? Animation? No, thanks. Not the type of stuff for me." Try to watch it and see what it has to offer, for God's sake. It's not any hard. For instance, if you're stating that you're not interested into anything of Pokemon, then you could be sounding like you're saying that you're not interested into any of its really well-known variety of creatures (or their types, moves) and there happen to be hundreds and hundreds of those varieties of creatures. You could even be saying that you're not interested into/don't care about the characters, or at least of the fact that they could be males, females, and/or non-binary, or the personalities/qualities/characteristics that they happen to have, or how recognized, well known and/or admired they have been and the reasons for that, or any of their relationships/friendships, or any of the best moments they had (bad, good, best moments), or if they have any character development/how much character development they have, or what races/ethnicities they have, or any of the stuff they have said and/or done, or any of the lessons (or "morals") they provide. You could even be saying that you're not interested into the games or series that those characters are in. And as for the games? If you're saying you're not interested into the games, you are basically saying you don't care about the stuff in it. You probably don't care about what kind they are, or what the animation looks like, or the strategies for them, or any of that.
