Everybody has all their crackpot theories and ideas about how to fix the problem, but they all fail to just look outside and think about how it really is. Women can at any point go online, dating apps, find a casual hookup, and leave. Women are mostly on birth control of some kind, the pill or whatever else. Men are heavily discouraged from approaching women and asking them out or even just talking to them in public, or even at work or social events. Even if we assume two people meet, the divorce rate in most western countries is more than 50 percent, so people obviously aren't committing themselves to each other in the way that is needed for having and raising kids. And even if there are two people committed to each other, wages for a man are shit compared to what they were just 50 years ago, so you can't support a family on one man's wage, unless he has a very good paying job. And, even if a man does want to have kids, does manage to somehow find a woman, who isn't on birth control, and then they have a kid, they are probably not going to have another one because the first one is such a financial burden. What a mess. The whole culture needs to be transformed if people are to have more kids
there are so many solutions that maybe would work but instead of focusing on them, these countries are instead worried about getting their quota to 50 percent female and having zoom calls instead of meeting in person. It's not going to be fixed anytime soon
