>>17760160Leg lengthening. Manlets go to China, get their legs broken, have the bone pulled so there's a gap, then have metal rods inserted to maintain that gap for a while. After a couple years the bone will extend through that gap, lengthening their legs by 1-3 inches. They'll never jump again but they'll look better(?) in photos.
