Because I can guarantee you that I don't do that (inb4 "oh so you're a NICE guy I get it uh huh"); I was raised to treat people the way you want to be treated.
Great example is my last workplace; literally all the women there talked rude about me behind my back and one of them even said to my face "we thought you were a virgin but then we realized you're probably gay". I never insulted any of them to their face in that way and I never even talked about any of them behind their back
I guess I deserve it though lol?
