Maybe you just have a more abstract way of thinking than others.
Do you tend to get philosophical and distracted from the daily tasks or what is the issue?
I never had any really strong hallucinations, but when it's quiet I can hear voices(imaginary ones), not clear words or sentences though.
Is your condition getting rapidly worse?
And are you taking your "Meds"?
I just prefer to stay sober desu
