>>18883919>From what I understand it's kind of the opposite in China. If you intervene, it's possible you can be blamed/sued for touching the injured person. It's fucked up.not in all provinces. in some the people, who help or call the ambulance must pay the hospital bill. this is why some chinese pretend not to understand whats going on or walk away. in other places, they can be sued for not helping the victim or injured and get literally either into mental ward or prison. i knew one guy who was in mental ward for 8 years for ignoring fleas of some female, who was injured and he did not call the police.
i this case it is clearly murder. the fat guy who was kicking will exist the rest of his life in chinese prison..
