Create a not-to-do list.
Take the things you usually don't do but want to do (but you're just to lazy), and intend to not do them for sure. Then don't do them. By purposely not achieving these things which you would like to achieve, you fill your not-to-do list, and then you can feel good about yourself.
Today I:
1. didn't stop to waste money for useless crap
2. wasn't nice to my coworkers
3. didn't stop taking drugs
4. didn't pay back my friend his 50 dollars (he may even forgot it, let's see how long I can keep them.)
