I swap extras based on how I feel but squats or deadlifts to start every day.
A normal rotation probably looks something like this:
Deadlifts -> light machine rows -> weighted pushups*2
Squats -> vertical plate flies* -> OHP -> vertical rows, bar resting at top of shins -> tricep pulldowns
Towel deadhangs and then weighted chinups and planks pretty much every day to help me wake up. Been doing light yates rows on off days since it's too cold to go out for a farmer's carry walk
*I don't know what these are called but I do them to make sure my scapula are moving properly before OHP to prevent shoulder injury
*2 I usually just put a 45 plate onto my lower back and it rests nicely between my scapula and my bum. Also makes sure I do them slowly and like a reverse benchpress since I am too push to do bench w/o a spotter
