Cooldown Per-Thread. No more than 1 post per minute by any user in any thread. Gives small peepee brains a little bit of time to make their retorts quality not quantity and stops the spergers.

S4S style restrictions on repeat images especially those that start threads.

Quit banning people over petit shit you sawft trannies. Grow a backbone and ban people for genuine rule breaking, not just because you have a difference in opinion to others (aka don't be a current year democrat).
