some guy got tired of his shitty life and used his neighbors to vent out his anger because his neighbors are nutjobs just like him.
eventually this guys neighbors antagonize him to the point of no return and realizes he had enough, has his fun by doing something everyone with a shitty neighbor would love to do (me included), and then decides to end his shitty life after.
not everything is some fucking turbo jew scheme with actors. you give humans way too much credit to pull off this amount of elaborate bullshit with Z E R O fucking payoff.
