it's just a bit depressing is all. like they said banning people for being hot is absurd but it really feels like a give an inch take a mile situation. it's hard to find a concrete line between playing games while being an attractive individual and softcore porn, but there are so many clear cut cases of streams where the sole intention is attracting viewers with their body even before hot tubs got big and at that point you're just abusing the fact that twitch is less shady and has better discoverability than a proper cam site.
honestly that's what they should do, register a sister domain that allows straight up porn. then on twitch proper they can be much stricter about this type of thing while providing a proper avenue for this stuff
