>>12538179my advice to you, brother, from someone who used to not be in good shape: build healthy habits. it's not about living your life by hard and fast rules, it's about building healthy habits. instead of saying "i'm never going to fap" or "i'm going to wake up at 5 every day to run," start with something more sustainable and moderate. if you exercise 3 days a week, you'll enjoy it, and eventually work your way up to 5 or 6. if you force yourself to do it every day, you'll hate it and quit. make sense?
