Plus GreenX exploration lands are remote from any farming areas so pretty low chance of "muh sheeps gonna get hurt" arguments being used against building mines there.
GreenX Metals is mostly into shallow deposits of high grades. Their ARC project has areas of basically smelter ready ore of over 90+ percent purity laying directly n the ground. Which means they do not have to mine too deep.

But mines is a question of years at this point as these areas need a proper detailed exploration (what is known is mostly based on historical drilling done by Denmark decades ago plus some basic exploration done by small company that GreenX is buying projects from) - especially the gold+tungsten rich deposit.
