Lore: The R'lyehians are a mysterious, isolated people, cut off from the rest of the world on their island far to the north. The Kingdom has existed for thousands of years, thus many tall tales have been spun about R'lyeh. Many think of them as crazed cultists, sacrificing their young to their dark sea god. Indeed, in the past, the R'lyehians used to conduct many raids on the ancient southern kingdoms of old. However, the R'lyehians, right when they were at their prime, suddenly and without rhyme or reason receeded back to their island homeland. Nowadays the R'lyehians keep to themselves, and while they no longer sacrifice their young to the Dark One, they have kept to some age old traditions, such as the monarchy dating back to their origin, as well as the deity which they so fervently adore.
