With a smug assured smile, Dio throws two knives at the Arume, stopping at just before the invaders' throats as their time is stopped.

The flow of time resumes. Dio is now behind the Arume, both fallen with a knife to their throat. Useless. Useless. Useless! Using their dying blood to sate his vampiric thirst like a man might eat breads, Dio realizes their weakness as he finds non-lethal chemical darts on them which could have never affected his vampiric blood to begin with. Useless. Useless. Useless!
In fact, the Arume have no weaponry capable of stopping the immortal Lord Dio at all. Perhaps if they had taken the time to master the hamon, they have may have stood some chance. But they did not. Perhaps if they had developed stand powers. But they did not. Useless. Useless. Useless!
Smiling smugly, Dio locates the largest of the invader's ships in the sky and advances upon them with his superhuman speed supported by his stand, 「THE WORLD」. This world already had one master. It did not need another.
