Modern life is le sigma grindset life with feminist law and culture to make it even more difficult, so the only way you can gain an advantage is to sacrifice relationships with women (not too hard for most of us schizoids here) and focus entirely on our ambitions, while hoping that cloning/artificial womb tech becomes commercially available before we get gray and old. It's a gamble, but I don't see another way.
