>>4839290This is a beauty routine. It is not traditional. It is not backed by research. However, it will improve your appearance and I feel it has improved mine.
First things first, we've all seen those images of weak looking people who lift but though their bodies grow masculine, their faces stay weak looking. A lot of people chock this up to bone structure and say there is nothing that can be done, but there is a set of exercises and habits that can be done that will improve facial aesthetics.
First of all, stop fucking mouth breathing. At all times of rest, you should be breathing through your nose and have your tongue pressed up against the roof of your mouth. This will push the maxilla forward allowing your jaw to properly align. If your jaw is properly aligned and your maxilla is sufficiently forward, you are likely already doing this. If you have a "fish face" this exercise is for you. The younger you are the more effective it is, but it has noticeable effects on adults as well.
Chew gum. Chew gum at least twice daily, and always chew more than one piece. Make sure to chew evenly on both sides of the face. Eat jerky regularly too (get a dehydrator don't buy jerky premade) This will not only workout jaw muscles but it will splay your jaw and improve bone structure. Make sure children do this when their teeth are coming in or they can have impacted teeth and baby teeth may not fall out.
Finally, you must exercise the muscles of your face. Zygomaticus and Depressor angularis are the two big ones. If you increase facial muscle mass on these muscles, you will develop what is referred to as a chiseled look. You will have more prominent cheekbones and a more heroic chin. The best way to do this is make faces in the mirror for about 5 minutes, twice a day, and about 1 minute anytime you go to the bathroom, just to develop the habit. You should simply try to flex and strain the muscles as regularly and evenly as you can.
