I can sympathize with the Stormcloaks and their cause while hating their shitty "King" and Jarls. It sucks that Skyrim is full of immigrants and refugees while the Nords are having their racial identity violently stripped from them by an army of magical Mossad operatives bent on destroying reality. But I still think a united Empire poses the best chance against the Aldmeri Dominion in the future. Elisif should push for amnesty from the Empire for regular Stormcloaks and Talos worshipers. The Emperor should recall his ambassadors and demand the removal of the Thalmor from Skyrim. Military build-up and infrastructure improvement must begin immediately and in earnest. The Dominion has a massive headstart in those departments and if the people of Tamriel like existing, then they should unite as quickly as possible under the Imperial banner before the yellow knife-ears send their battlemage goon squads in for Great War 2: Atronach Boogaloo.
