>>11920773I find that branded sparkling water often is just filtered tap water with added bubbles, due to low solubility of calcium and magnesium carbonates and hydrogencarbonates sparkling water tends to taste less like chalk (tap water always tastes like chalk from all the calcium hipochlorite they add into it), so I'd say any sarkling water is a step above regular water unless it's like from a really really good clean source and hasn't been stored in pladtic bottle
