In other words the similarities between middle welsh and old hebrew also lies in the fact that jews were already stealing culture and language.
It's not that old hebrews migrated to wales around 70AD, it's that the combination of aramaic, arcadian, and assyro-babylonian & canaanite is similar to middle welsh. What would also help is if you can find genetic similarities between old hebrews around that time that match the Welsh. That would end up helping more.
