At the end of the day there is nothing on my power that can change the world's financial system. All I can do is provide a good service for my small community while employing people that otherwise would have to live on poverty and defer to organized crime or being an economic migrant. That is why I stated that both the worker and I are victims of a macro system. I struggle to run my business and the workers struggle to keep up with this economy.
Is not that I defend the interests of the giga rich, I am just trying to explain that when two people agree to hire their labor, is not necessarily exploitation. I dont think Im a magnate, I think of myself as someone who provides benefits to the society.
