For me, it's because they're exotic. You don't really see Middle Eastern / North African women in NYC compared to the droves of Hispanic & African-American women who don't even come close to competing.
I'd also give points to most of their skin color, it's such a delicious tan which complements their features, makes me rock solid without failure. I just find them sexual in general compared to the lackluster White Women who're caught up in menial shit 24/7.
