Still, we STEMcucks can't really afford to be picky. Not anymore. Especially when jobs require 5y+ experience with fifty different ISO standards and fifty different languages or characterization techniques (material science).
It's ok to work for a crappy salary the first year right after graduation but then you gotta move up to at least 40/hr.
>>19164910Actually most recruiters I've spoken to were guys. But they were just as bad. So far, I've only had one decent recruiter. I don't think it has anything to do with gender. Recruiters and HR are just inherently evil
