Why do people do rarely talk about brain drain in regards to England?
They used to be the unquestioned most powerful country on Earth, but after World War 2 every single valuable bloodline- Whether they were in finance, the arts, sciences, musicians, medicine, whatever- All moved to the United States and raised families there.
Why do we ignore it? This is the reason their economy is smaller than India and France's now. Everyone who was making the country work packed their bags and left, how the hell do you think the rest of them are going to keep things going?
