I couldn't find the source of that videogame footage. It may be fake (like scripted) but it's possible. There was a post here in 4chan some years ago about Halo bots in multiplayer mode with an strange behaviour, like human controlled (but they appear as bots in the game) so it may be an interesting rabbit hole to explore.
