>>11333725well the emulator was actually under a lot of fire for this specifically because the answer is only if it's built poorly. a "proper" emulator does its best to mimic the original hardware as closely as possible and in that case some games might run worse or better because they coincidentally expose or don't conflict with inaccuracies, but hypothetically the emulator could be built without ever testing a single game and work perfectly with all games.
an improperly built emulator (like cemu was purported to be) instead is developed by trying to get a game or games to work. this of course can break other games entirely and lead to a lot of unintended behavior in the game that's being targeted since this method doesn't lead it to be as "accurate" under the hood
