Use Skyscanner to fly cheap to a country with no vaccine requirements for entry then cross a border to get where you want to go. I would do that in your situation. Your country is a hellhole and they will inject you with the aids poison if they imprison you for not paying the fines.
Check out appalachian trail through hikers or Reddit and pack light so you can survive outside if you need to. When you can buy a car and live out of that then try and work your way out with a cash in hand job. If you ever get caught try and claim asylum because of persecution or try and flee after you're detained.
