Isn't ancient history and the notion of legends and magic just amazing? The sheer fact that in modern day we can never truly know what the world was like for those who lived back then. I mean, sure we can study it. But will never know what it was like for the people who spoke with Alexander the Great in private. The ancient pharaohs who ruled over Eygpt. People like Leonardo De Vinci, Galileo, Issac Newton. To live in the dark ages, in medieval times, and to see and experience all of that. Imagine all the secrets and things will never know. Stories of magic in Eygpt, or legends like Atlantis. Or perhaps the secrets of the Aztecs, Inca, or Mayan tribes. What if there really was a city of gold? What if there was a fountain of youth? Perhaps the were all just fake rumors and legends as time passed. \
It really is amazing to me when I think about it. All these ancient civilizations and historical/powerful people throughout history.
