When I was younger, it was difficult for me to not sperg out whenever a decision was made at work that I thought was retarded. Now that I'm older and wiser, I still want to sperg but I just accept that nothing I say at the bottom of the totem pole will mean anything to the big boys in the executive chair making decisions.
