Another thing that is a dead give away are the jaws and nose bridge (assuming they haven't had plastic surgery). Then obviously the shoulders and hips as well as hands. Look at bone structures, they will always out the freaks. Go look at how to tell male and female skulls apart, it's actually really easy.
