>>11854039In my humble opinion (i am no demolition expert) a car bomb couldn't have done such a small hole in the ATT building (i know it was hardened) on one side and absolutely wreck the buildings on the other side. On one side of the street total destruction, and on the other side a comparatively small hole. It doesn't add up.
The hole in the ATT could have come from an explosion of lithium battery pack in the basement (the walkable covers were blown off, see those square holes in the ground) and the hole in the wall looks like an inside-out hole to me.
One way to do it would be a rocket through the wall (a hard thing to pull off considering the very narrow street and the consequent steep angle which would probably result in a ricochet) or through those covers on the ground which would then hit the batteries, which would then cause the wall to blowout.
Another way would be to simply overcharge the batteries causing them to heat up and subsequently blow out (imagine StuxNet, but for batteries instead of centrifuges), which to me seems a more plausible way to do it. The RV could have been there just to serve as a patsy of sorts, it's job would be to play the message while the batteries are cooking, and might not have been the source of the explosion at all, or maybe it did, to disguise the ATT explosion.
Misdirection.
I'm just throwing ideas out now, you pointed out that streak of smoke so i went with the rocket (the Old Man mentioned it as well remember).
