Find a place where you can run as fast as you can for as long as you can just to see how long that actually is and to let yourself feel physically strained.
Let yourself get bored a little bit and just people watch or be out in the sounds of nature.
End it off by going to the store, picking up some ingredients for a simple and cheap but nice homemade pasta dish and just think about how much better it was to spend your time that way than being online, all the time.
Repeat at least once a week.
