In general, my advice is to not go full-retard if you don't have to. Eat a balanced diet. None of this "no meat" or "no plants" or "no fat" or "no carbs" nonsense. Just focus on eating unprocessed whole foods in general and avoid junk food. That's like 95% of the work if you're trying to eat healthy.
