>>17643796Throw some light cardio on there too lik ea 20-30 minute run on your low calorie days when you're not lifting. It can help with appetite, and feeling better. YMMV but I think for most people some more activity helps by increasing overall dopamine levels and endorphins. Wouldn't go intense though maybe a slow jog 3x a week for 20-30 min. Up to you though.
