I have to fork up most of my savings for my newest deposit, and have to wait god knows how much for my current landlord to give me my deposit back and hope and pray that I get all of it back. And because I don't come from a wealthy family, finding guarantors is actually a huge struggle. But guess what, there's companies that will be your guarantors for about 10% of your rent. So not only is rent already sky high for anything in an area not infested with pakies and nigs, it has to be 10% higher for anyone who was poor and is trying to better themselves. Worst country ever.
