Dedicated myself to a fairly hard workout yesterday, and damned well completed it. But, the night was hot and humid as hell so I barely caught a wink of sleep.
Basically, I feel like death today. Might have to skip workout today, or just do something very light.
I've curbed my diet away from junk and toward fruit and veg. I have a full meal plan for breakfasts complete. Other meals are yet to be figured out, will do that shortly. If anyone has suggestions for good diet in that realm, hit me up.
Though I feel like shit today, circumstances considered, I'm feeling great overall.
