We are being manipulated to a certain degree, people who experience these beings describe their interactions as "deceitful and conniving" so it's not an angel but more like a being that understands the human consciousness and it's thoughts. I was talking to a guy from a few threads ago who called them "watchers" that were able to enter our thoughts and speak to us through telepathy. Humans are not on the highest scale of consciousness that's for sure.
