>>5917090In that case I don't see a reason why you shouldn't get a 1440p monitor. Then again, they are more expensive than 1080p monitors.
Also, what sort of panel do you want to buy? I'd say that is more important than resolution, at least for me it was. When I was buying mine, I knew that I wanted IPS for sure.
