If a software is proprietary I will hack it against whatever "warrenty" or "EULA" it tries to throw at me. If the software is free I will distribute closed-source modified malware or adapt free software into my proprietary projects. Usually I just use a BSD license for my personal projects because it aligns with my philosophy more. If you break your system with my software that's on you, if people want to contribute to it or fork it under some different license idrc.
