I'm not high up, but I'm in this shit deep enough to know a lot. I've been to CERN.
First off, the best way to think of these giant accelerator labs is like minecraft servers for scientists from universities and for beuruacrats. This is a playground for them, and the only real expectation is to make something better than what you made last time.
Then there's the sick side of it all. The bureaucracy makes every effort a long drawn out exercise of patience because everyone wants to get a piece of the tax payer pie. All kinds of politics are played between employees, agencies, universities, and governments. It pushes psychopaths to the top who will hop around the system and then they really grind people down so they can always stay on top. This promotes incompetency and inefficiency down to the lower ranks. While not the most productive system, it maximizes the amount of money they can squeeze out of tax payers and spread to themselves and their peons. In the end, they look successful, like when they discovered the higgs, but they always leave a path of abused souls behind them.
That's where the demons and evil come into play. Science, spirituality, and humanity are converging. You can't get internet, smart phones, nuclear power, etc. without unlocking the evil of abusing humans and festering a sick culture (just like most tech companies who also are satanic by abusing their workforce and producing demonic products), and particle accelerators are quite exotic and require a lot of $$$ to be realized. It's not the technology that is enough to release the evil, it's their intentions and the road of evil deeds that is paved along the way to unleash them. So the evil they released with the higgs work has been like releasing the ghosts on the city in Ghost Busters.
